Itineris Launches Global Technology & Innovation Centre in Hyderabad; Plans to Scale to 150 Professionals

Global utilities SaaS leader integrates India hub into global operating model in partnership with ANSR
Hyderabad: Itineris, a global provider of SaaS solutions for utilities, has announced the launch of its new Hyderabad hub, positioning the city as its gateway to India and strengthening its global engineering and innovation footprint.
The newly inaugurated Global Technology & Innovation Centre will bring together Itineris’ India-based employees into a single, integrated location aligned with its global operating model. The company plans to scale the hub to 150 professionals over the next 18–24 months.
The Hyderabad centre will support core product development for Itineris’ UMAX and Verity platforms, which serve utilities across North America and Europe. The inauguration was led by Sreekant Lanka, chief strategy officer and chief relations officer, department of information technology, electronics & communications (ITE&C), government of Telangana. He toured the facility and reviewed the engineering roadmap presented by Itineris’ leadership, focusing on how Hyderabad-based talent will support global utility customers.
Itineris is establishing the hub in partnership with ANSR, which supports enterprises in setting up and managing global capability centers. Through ANSR’s expertise in talent acquisition, workspace design and technology-driven operations, the Hyderabad hub is expected to be built as a scalable and future-ready engineering centre aligned with Itineris’ global strategy.
Speaking at the launch, Lanka said Hyderabad has evolved into a city where mission-critical technology for global markets is imagined, engineered and scaled. He noted that the platforms being developed at the centre will support water and energy utilities across the US and Europe, contributing to cleaner and more resilient infrastructure systems.
