Hyderabad: GHR Infra has commenced Phase 1 handovers at GHR Callisto, its large-scale residential development in Kollur, marking a significant milestone for the 1,190-home gated community in West Hyderabad.

Spread across 8.3 acres, the IGBC pre-certified Gold-rated project comprises four towers, 11 wings and 1,190 apartments in 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK configurations. The commencement of handovers allows homeowners to begin furnishing, interior planning and customisation before moving into their new residences.

The handover event was attended by Shyam Sunder Reddy, designated partner, GHR Infra, and Karteesh Reddy Madugula, Chief Executive Officer, GHR Infra, who personally handed over possession kits to select homeowners. The company said the event reflected strong customer response and marked the transition of the project from construction to occupancy.

Positioned in Hyderabad’s premium residential segment, GHR Callisto offers apartment sizes starting from 1,195 square feet, with standard configurations priced from approximately ₹83 lakh onwards. The project has emerged as a notable residential development in the rapidly growing Kollur micro-market.

The community features a 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and nearly 70 per cent open space, along with amenities such as swimming pools, a gymnasium, indoor games facilities, mini golf, cricket practice nets, a basketball court, children’s play areas, a pet park, library, party lawns and barbecue zones.

GHR Callisto also incorporates smart home automation and sustainability-focused infrastructure, including EV fast-charging stations, rainwater harvesting systems, organic waste composting and greywater treatment facilities.

From an execution perspective, the project’s integrated project management services were provided by TQCert Services Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Projects Ltd. The development also utilised BIM-enabled construction processes to improve execution efficiency and quality control. The project is registered under TG RERA No. P01100004554.

Strategically located in Kollur, the project benefits from connectivity to the Outer Ring Road and proximity to major employment hubs such as the Financial District and Gachibowli, as well as schools, hospitals and the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.

Commenting on the milestone, Karteesh Reddy Madugula said GHR Callisto was designed to combine scale, delivery discipline and everyday liveability through open spaces, smart-home features and sustainability-driven planning.

The company said the commencement of handovers reflects growing demand in Hyderabad for professionally managed residential communities that offer timely delivery, modern amenities and sustainable living environments.

GHR Infra, a Hyderabad-based real estate developer, has delivered over 4.15 million sq. ft. of residential development and serves more than 1,895 customers through a portfolio comprising 2,869 apartments and over 150 villas across multiple projects.
