NEW DELHI: Jupitice Justice Technologies has said its AI-powered Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has crossed 1.16 lakh resolved disputes and more than 80,000 hearings, marking a significant expansion of its technology-led dispute resolution services.

The platform, according to the company, is backed by a network of more than 3,000 arbitrators and conciliators and is currently used by 22 clients, comprising 14 enterprises and eight institutions.

Jupitice said the platform has recorded a 99% case closure rate, an 80% settlement rate and a 75% success rate across its clients in banking, NBFC, fintech and insurance sectors.

The company said its platform is designed to move dispute resolution from fragmented, paper-based processes to an integrated digital workflow covering filing, hearings, evidence, submissions and final resolution.

Its ODR system brings negotiation, conciliation, mediation and arbitration onto a single platform. The system includes case management, automated notice creation and tracking, digital hearing rooms, witness management, appointment of arbitrators and neutrals, and execution of agreements and awards.

AI integrated into dispute resolution

Jupitice said an AI layer within the platform supports document analysis, drafting, summarisation, transcription and translation at different stages of the dispute-resolution process.

The company stressed that decision-making and procedural responsibility remain with authorised human stakeholders handling individual matters.

The platform also incorporates blockchain-backed records, digital signatures and audit trails, which the company said support the integrity and traceability of proceedings.

For enterprise users, back-office capabilities include case allocation, role management and scheduling, while stakeholder dashboards provide visibility into case progress and actions.

Configurable for enterprise requirements

Jupitice said its architecture allows organisations to configure workflows, roles and approvals according to their operational and regulatory requirements. Analytics and reporting tools provide insights into case progress and outcomes.

Mansi Omar, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Jupitice Justice Technologies, said ODR is increasingly becoming part of the infrastructure enterprises use to manage disputes at scale.

She said the company’s focus is on connecting the dispute lifecycle from the first notice through final execution on a single system, adding that the company is seeing traction particularly across banking and NBFC portfolios.

Jupitice’s wider justice-tech portfolio

Founded in 2019, Jupitice describes itself as a Justice Technology company developing digital infrastructure for justice, legal and governance processes.

According to the company, its proprietary no-code Meta Product Platform has been used to develop more than 200 justice, legal and governance products and solutions, including Litigation ERP, Contract Lifecycle Management, ODR, Compliance Management Systems, Legal Notice Management Systems, arbitration and mediation platforms, Digital Law Office solutions and AI-powered legal intelligence tools.

The company said its platforms currently support more than 23 million case journeys, serve over 10 million users and have been adopted by more than 180 institutions across judicial, government, regulatory and enterprise ecosystems.
