PDUNASS, Gujarat National Law University launch executive programme on labour law, EPFO compliance

Three-month blended course to train professionals in labour codes, digital compliance systems; admissions open till May 15

New Delhi: The Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Security (PDUNASS), the apex training arm of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, has partnered with Gujarat National Law University to launch a joint Executive Development Programme on Labour Law and Social Security Compliance, with EPFO systems at its core.

Admissions for the inaugural batch are now open, with the programme scheduled to commence on May 29.

The initiative is aimed at strengthening professional capacity in labour law and social security administration amid evolving regulatory frameworks, including the implementation of the four labour codes and the growing digitisation of compliance systems.

The three-month programme is designed for working professionals and will be delivered in a blended format. It includes 12 weeks of online instruction followed by a four-day residential module at the GNLU campus in Gandhinagar.

The curriculum will cover key areas such as labour codes, EPFO compliance systems, and digital processes including Electronic Challan-cum-Return (ECR), along with inspections, grievance redressal mechanisms and emerging legal practices. Participants will receive joint certification from PDUNASS and GNLU upon completion.

The programme was conceptualised following consultations among key stakeholders from both institutions, including senior officials and academic leaders.

The last date for submission of applications is May 15.
