LIC Launches ‘MyLIC’, ‘Super Sales Saathi’ Apps to Deepen Digital Insurance Access

Mumbai: Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has launched two mobile applications – MyLIC for policyholders and Super Sales Saathi for intermediaries – to enhance customer experience and accelerate digital adoption across its insurance ecosystem.
The applications were launched by M. Nagaraju, secretary, department of financial services, Ministry of Finance, in the presence of LIC CEO and MD R. Doraiswamy and senior leadership, in Mumbai on Wednesday.
With over 260 million policies, LIC said the new apps will play a central role in improving service delivery, operational efficiency and competitiveness in India’s evolving life insurance market.
Unified Digital Experience for Policyholders
The MyLIC app integrates policy servicing, claims support, payments, documentation and customer engagement into a single digital interface, reducing paperwork and enabling a seamless, end-to-end experience.

- Real-time tracking of policy benefits
- Paperless policy loans
- Online policy updates and revival of lapsed policies
- Digital purchase of new policies

Digital Enablement for LIC’s Field Force
The Super Sales Saathi app is designed to empower LIC’s agents and intermediaries with tools to improve productivity and customer engagement across the policy lifecycle.
