SAP Opens Free Access to Learning Hub for Students in India
Initiative aims to equip learners with enterprise technology skills in AI, cloud, analytics and business operations
The initiative is designed to help students explore skills related to business technology, digital operations, cloud computing, analytics, automation and artificial intelligence while preparing for careers in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

Bengaluru: SAP has announced free access to its SAP Learning Hub, Student Edition, for students across India, providing learners with an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise technologies used by some of the world’s largest companies.
The initiative is designed to help students explore skills related to business technology, digital operations, cloud computing, analytics, automation and artificial intelligence while preparing for careers in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
According to SAP, many global enterprises across manufacturing, healthcare, logistics and other sectors rely on SAP software to manage critical business functions. Several leading Indian IT services companies, including TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Tech Mahindra, also work extensively with SAP-based solutions.
The company said growing investments in AI, automation, analytics and cloud technologies are creating increasing demand for professionals familiar with enterprise platforms and business processes.
“Students often associate technology careers only with coding or software development,” said Tine Vandenbreeden, Global Vice President, SIX Partner Solution Enablement at SAP.
“But businesses today need talent that understands digital operations across functions like finance, supply chain, HR, analytics and customer experience. SAP Learning Hub, Student Edition gives students an opportunity to explore these business technologies early in their academic journey,” she said.
The India-focused programme seeks to remove financial barriers to technology learning while helping bridge the gap between academic education and industry requirements.
The platform provides access to learning resources, SAP Learning Journeys, practice environments, community forums, expert-led sessions and two free SAP certification exam attempts.
SAP said the programme is designed for students from diverse academic backgrounds, including engineering, commerce and management, enabling them to understand how enterprise software supports business operations in real-world environments.
Students will also have access to role-based learning pathways that combine technical knowledge with practical business applications, helping them develop industry-relevant skills before entering the workforce.
The company said the initiative is intended to give students early exposure to enterprise systems and digital business processes that are widely used by organisations around the world, strengthening their readiness for future employment opportunities in the technology and business sectors.
