Hyderabad, April 30: Neo Alternative Asset Managers has committed ₹300 crore in structured debt financing to VRise Developers for Atlantis at Narsingi, a premium residential project in West Hyderabad, signalling continued institutional confidence in the city’s real estate market.
The project, developed by Vasavi Group, is a RERA-approved high-rise gated community comprising eight towers of 45 floors each, with 2,199 residential units across multiple configurations including 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK and sky villas.
Located in Narsingi near Gachibowli and the Financial District, the development benefits from proximity to key employment hubs and infrastructure corridors such as the Outer Ring Road and Kokapet SEZ, making it a strategic residential destination.
The funding will be used to accelerate construction, enhance execution timelines and strengthen project delivery. Developers said additional construction resources have been mobilised and procurement processes fast-tracked to maintain momentum.
Neo said the investment reflects strong fundamentals in Hyderabad’s residential market, driven by infrastructure growth and employment-led housing demand. The firm highlighted the project’s scale, location and execution focus as key investment drivers.
Atlantis at Narsingi features over 70% open spaces, landscaped greens, a lakefront setting and more than 50 amenities, positioning it among the prominent premium residential developments in West Hyderabad.
The deal underscores increasing institutional participation in Hyderabad’s real estate sector, particularly in large-scale residential developments aligned with long-term urban growth trends.
