New Delhi: Duravit has introduced a new matt black colour option for its Shower System Shelf 1050, expanding its premium bathroom solutions portfolio with a design-focused offering aimed at contemporary interiors.
According to the company, the new finish transforms the shower system into a prominent design feature while adding a sophisticated and timeless aesthetic to bathroom spaces.
The dark-toned matt black finish is designed to complement a wide range of bathroom concepts, pairing effectively with both lighter shades for a classic appearance and bold colour palettes for more contemporary interiors.
Duravit said the Shower System Shelf 1050 combines minimalist styling with everyday functionality through an integrated design that brings together the showerhead, hand shower, thermostat, shelf and shower rail into a single coordinated unit.
The system incorporates the company’s Click! technology, enabling users to control water flow and volume directly through the thermostat at the push of a button. Users can also conveniently switch between shower functions and three different hand shower jet types.
The shower system features a separate thermostat handle for precise temperature control, while knurled rotating knobs are designed to provide improved grip and ease of operation.
Duravit said the product also offers enhanced flexibility and user comfort through adjustable components, including a tiltable showerhead, infinitely adjustable showerhead bracket and swivelling shower rod.
The thermostat housing incorporates a scratch-resistant glass surface that additionally functions as a spacious shelf for storing shower essentials.
As part of its sustainability-focused features, the company is also offering a MinusFlow variant designed to reduce water consumption. The feature can lower water throughput by up to 40 percent for the hand shower and up to 60 percent for the showerhead.
The Shower System Shelf 1050 also includes EasyClean functionality that allows limescale deposits to be wiped away easily, helping maintain a clean appearance over time.
