Hyderabad: Real estate developer Rajapushpa has acquired a 10.09-acre land parcel in Osman Nagar through an auction conducted by Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation, reinforcing its expansion strategy in Hyderabad’s fast-growing western corridor.
According to official details , the company emerged as the successful bidder for Plot No. 1 in a competitive auction that included multiple parcels. The acquired land is strategically located adjacent to Rajapushpa’s flagship 400+ acre integrated township, Rajapushpa Lifestyle City.
Bharath Raj Reddy, Director at Rajapushpa, said the newly acquired parcel will function as a key gateway to the larger township. “We are planning a thoughtfully designed mixed-use development comprising a premium retail mall and a gated residential community, further enhancing the overall ecosystem of Rajapushpa Lifestyle City,” he noted.
The transaction is valued at approximately ₹517 crore, translating to about ₹51.25 crore per acre, reflecting the premium commanded by well-located land parcels in Hyderabad’s western growth belt.
The acquisition aligns with Rajapushpa’s broader strategy of developing large-scale, integrated lifestyle destinations, combining residential, retail, and community infrastructure in high-demand urban clusters.
