NEW DELHI/ATLANTA: NIIT Learning Systems Limited has been recognised as a Market Leader in the 2026 Fosway AI Market Assessment for Digital Learning, emerging as the industry’s leading provider for live AI deployment and reinforcing its position as one of the world’s foremost innovators in AI-powered enterprise learning solutions.

The independent assessment by Fosway Group, Europe’s leading HR industry analyst, evaluates how digital learning providers are applying artificial intelligence in real-world enterprise environments, distinguishing actual market deployments from future product roadmaps. According to the report, NIIT Learning has the largest number of live AI features among all vendors assessed in 2026, building on significant year-on-year improvements over its already strong 2025 performance.

The report highlights NIIT Learning’s AI maturity across multiple categories, including 93% of Mainstream AI features, 90% of Next Wave AI capabilities, and 64% of Edge Advantage AI features already deployed in live environments, while maintaining 100% roadmap coverage across these segments. Overall AI roadmap coverage exceeds 86% across all five feature categories evaluated by Fosway.

Beyond AI capabilities, NIIT Learning scored significantly above the market average across every functional area of Fosway’s Digital Learning Functional Model. The company also earned a ‘Market Best’ rating for Other Digital Learning Capabilities and received recognition for specialised AI capabilities in content moderation and AI-enabled code and configuration testing.

Sailesh Lalla, Chief Business Officer at NIIT Learning, said the recognition reflects both the company’s long-term AI vision and the scale of AI deployments across its global client base. He noted that organisations are increasingly looking beyond AI experimentation towards enterprise-scale implementation with measurable business outcomes, supported by NIIT’s newly launched AI-Ready L&D Enterprise portfolio.

Myles Runham, Senior Analyst for Digital Learning at Fosway Group, observed that AI investment and innovation have accelerated significantly across the digital learning market in 2026. While many vendors continue to promote future AI ambitions, he said NIIT stands out by consistently delivering live AI capabilities backed by a strong product roadmap.

Devenderjit Chadha, Chief Customer Officer at NIIT Learning, said the back-to-back recognition demonstrates the company’s ability to help organisations achieve measurable learning transformation through AI-powered coaching infrastructure, intelligent learning systems and advanced consulting expertise that integrate seamlessly into daily workflows.

The 2026 Fosway AI Market Assessment represents the first phase of a two-stage research programme examining AI maturity, innovation and market deployment. A separate AI Value Assessment Report, focusing on enterprise adoption and business impact, will be published later this year.

Founded in 1981, NIIT Learning operates across more than 33 countries, providing AI-powered managed learning services, strategic consulting and workforce transformation solutions that help organisations build AI-ready enterprises. The latest recognition further strengthens the company’s position as a global leader in enterprise learning, digital transformation and AI-enabled talent development.
