KOTA: ALLEN Career Institute has announced a significant leadership transition by appointing Aviral Maheshwari, Anand Maheshwari and Keshav Maheshwari to its Board of Directors, marking the beginning of a new phase in the institution’s evolution as it pursues its long-term vision of building an education institution that endures for the next 100 years.
The appointments represent an important governance milestone for the Kota-headquartered education institution, bringing together the founding family’s legacy, professional management and next-generation leadership to strengthen ALLEN’s institutional capabilities while preparing it for future growth in an increasingly technology-driven education landscape.
Founded in 1988, ALLEN has spent nearly four decades building one of India’s largest coaching ecosystems for competitive examinations, including JEE, NEET, Olympiads and other national-level entrance tests. The institute said the Board transition reflects years of investment in strengthening governance structures, operational systems, leadership capabilities and institutional processes that will support its centennial vision.
Founder Govind Maheshwari said the organisation’s success over the past four decades has been built on shared values, dedication and teamwork. Welcoming the next generation to the Board, he expressed confidence that their energy, innovation and commitment would help carry forward ALLEN’s mission of educating students across India.
Founder Rajesh Maheshwari said the newly appointed directors have worked across key functions within the organisation and possess a deep understanding of ALLEN’s academic philosophy and institutional culture. Their perspectives, combined with the experience of the founders and the professional leadership team, would contribute to the institute’s next phase of growth, he said.
Founder Naveen Maheshwari added that the founders would continue supporting the Board and leadership team in an advisory capacity, ensuring continuity while enabling the organisation to embrace new opportunities.
Speaking after his appointment, Aviral Maheshwari said his priority would be to preserve ALLEN’s legacy while preparing the institution for the future through investments in academic excellence, technology-enabled learning, faculty development, student well-being and robust governance practices.
Anand Maheshwari said technology has become a powerful catalyst for improving learning outcomes in the 21st century. He emphasised that ALLEN will continue integrating digital innovation with its strong academic systems to create better learning experiences and stronger career outcomes for students.
Keshav Maheshwari highlighted the importance of expanding access to quality education while remaining rooted in ALLEN’s values. He said the institution would embrace new ideas and artificial intelligence to broaden its reach, enabling talented students across India and overseas to benefit from high-quality coaching and academic support.
Director Uday Shankar described the Board expansion as an important step in strengthening ALLEN’s governance framework. He said the combination of next-generation leadership, founder experience and a professional management team led by CEO Nitin Kukreja would help ensure continuity of purpose while fostering innovation and institutional excellence.
The newly inducted directors have already played key leadership roles within the organisation.
