NEW DELHI: Jupitice Justice Technologies has launched an AI-powered Digital Stamping and eSigning Platform designed to help enterprises digitally execute legally compliant agreements through a single, secure and configurable workflow.

The enterprise-grade platform enables banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), housing finance companies, insurers, fintech firms, government organisations and businesses across manufacturing, telecom, healthcare, retail, real estate and education to manage the entire document execution process digitally. It integrates digital stamping, identity verification, electronic signing, approval workflows and legal record management into an API-first architecture.

According to the company, the launch addresses the continued dependence on manual, paper-based documentation and disconnected eSigning systems that increase turnaround time and compliance risks. It noted that India’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 14.51 per cent through 2033, while the global legal technology market is expected to expand by more than 130 per cent by 2032.

Built on Jupitice’s no-code platform, the solution supports three digital stamping workflows—Offline eStamping for fixed-denomination stamp duty requirements, Operational eStamping for commercial contracts and Financial eStamping for loan agreements and debt documentation. The platform supports both the Stamp Wallet model and the National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL) digital stamping framework.

Under the Stamp Wallet model, authorised physical stamp papers are digitised and securely linked to individual agreements with complete audit trails. The NeSL model enables real-time digital stamp paper generation and legally recognised registration, reducing manual intervention and improving execution efficiency.

Mansi Omar, co-founder and chief strategy officer at Jupitice Justice Technologies, said organisations continue to rely on disconnected systems for stamping, signing, approvals and record management. She said the new platform brings these processes together into a single configurable workflow, enabling faster execution of customer onboarding, loan documentation, procurement, vendor and lease agreements while improving governance, operational efficiency and customer experience.

The platform also supports Aadhaar eSign, Digital Signature Certificates, electronic signatures, multi-party and bulk signing, configurable approval workflows, document tracking and secure digital repositories. Its API-first architecture enables rapid integration with existing enterprise systems while minimising operational disruption.

Jupitice said the platform can reduce agreement execution time by up to 90 per cent by eliminating paperwork and manual follow-ups. It also aims to lower operational costs, minimise manual errors, support remote document execution and handle high-volume transactions at enterprise scale.

To ensure security and regulatory compliance, the platform incorporates Aadhaar-based identity verification, one-time password authentication, multi-factor authentication, end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, timestamping, immutable audit logs and tamper-evident digital signatures.

Founded in 2019, Jupitice develops AI-powered digital infrastructure for justice, legal and governance ecosystems. The company said its platforms have supported more than 23 million case journeys, served over 10 million users and been adopted by more than 180 institutions across judicial, government, regulatory and enterprise sectors.
