NHAI’s Rajmargyatra app enables highway users to rate toll-plaza services and flag concerns.

NEW DELHI: The National Highways Authority of India has introduced a toll-plaza feedback feature on its Rajmargyatra mobile app, allowing highway users to rate their experiences and highlight service issues.
According to a Ministry of Road Transport and Highways statement issued on October 19, the feature will help NHAI identify and monitor areas requiring improvements in toll-plaza services.
All users can access the “Toll Plaza Feedback” option in the app’s menu to submit feedback on any toll plaza. They can give a rating, select options relevant to their journey and add remarks.
Annual pass holders will also receive app notifications after crossing a national highway toll plaza, inviting them to share their experience.
NHAI said the initiative would strengthen citizen participation and help it address concerns across the national highway network. It encouraged motorists to use the feature to support improvements in service delivery.
