HYDERABAD: Hyderabad-based retail technology company Zithara.AI has partnered with Tyaani Jewellery by Karan Johar to strengthen customer engagement through artificial intelligence, customer data and personalised communication.

Under the partnership, Tyaani Jewellery will use Zithara.AI’s AI-native CRM platform to organise customer information, understand engagement patterns and develop a more connected view of customer interactions across its retail operations.

The collaboration is aimed at helping the jewellery brand build relationships with customers beyond individual transactions and create opportunities for higher conversions and repeat purchases.

AI to personalise customer engagement

The platform will enable Tyaani’s retail teams to identify relevant engagement opportunities, follow up with potential customers and re-engage existing customers based on their preferences and purchase behaviour.

The companies said the approach could help improve customer conversions and retention while allowing retail teams to turn customer data into actionable insights supporting sales growth and stronger customer lifetime value.

Manraj Singh, Chief Marketing Officer, Tyaani Jewellery, said jewellery is a highly personal category and customer relationships extend beyond a single purchase. He said the association with Zithara.AI would bring greater intelligence and personalisation to customer engagement.

Varun Kashyap, Co-founder, Zithara.AI, said Tyaani’s distinctive identity in the contemporary jewellery space and its engagement with modern consumers made the partnership significant. He said the platform would help translate customer data into timely and personalised engagement throughout the customer journey.

Sridevi Reddy, Co-founder, Zithara.AI, said AI-native capabilities could help retailers move from broad-based communication towards experiences based more closely on customer preferences, behaviour and purchase journeys.

Hyderabad startup targets offline retail

Founded in Hyderabad in 2021 by Sridevi Reddy and Varun Kashyap, Zithara.AI focuses on providing AI-driven technology to offline retailers. Its unified platform integrates lead management, customer intelligence, voice analytics and omnichannel communication for sectors including jewellery, fashion and electronics.

The partnership comes as jewellery retailers increasingly explore customer data and AI to deliver personalised experiences and build longer-term relationships with consumers.
