NEW DELHI: The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued a public advisory warning air passengers against fraudulent websites impersonating the official Air Suvidha 2.0 portal and misleading users into making unnecessary payments.
The ministry on Saturday said it has come to its notice that several fake websites and online portals are posing as Air Suvidha 2.0 and redirecting passengers to payment gateways under the false pretext of processing travel-related services.
Clarifying the official process, the ministry stated that all Air Suvidha 2.0 services are completely free of cost. Passengers are not required to pay any fee for submitting the Self-Declaration Form through the official platform.
