OnMobile FY26 EBITDA More Than Doubles as Gaming Subscriber Base Surges 34.5%
Company Expands Beyond Telecom Partnerships with Entry into Direct-to-Consumer Gaming Market

Bengaluru: OnMobile Global has reported a sharp improvement in profitability for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, with EBITDA more than doubling and gaming subscriber growth accelerating as the company expands beyond traditional telecom partnerships into the direct-to-consumer gaming segment.
The mobile gaming and digital entertainment company reported FY26 EBITDA of ₹297 million, registering a growth of 110.6 percent compared to the previous financial year. Gross margin improved to 52.7 percent from 46.7 percent in FY25.
The company’s gaming subscriber base grew 34.5 percent year-on-year to reach 14.3 million users, reflecting rising traction for its gaming and entertainment offerings across global markets.
OnMobile reported FY26 revenue of ₹5,245 million, while revenue from its mobile gaming business stood at ₹1,545 million during the year.
The company posted a net loss of ₹115 million for FY26. However, excluding impairment provisions, adjusted profit after tax stood at ₹353 million.
Commenting on the results, Bikram Singh Sherawat, President and COO of OnMobile, described FY26 as a transformative year for the company.
“FY26 was a transformative year for OnMobile, with EBITDA increasing by over twofold and the company securing high-margin platform deals. Our new lines of business, Buzzmo and the Gaming Platform, have also begun contributing to revenue growth,” he said.
Sherawat said the company is preparing to launch its direct-to-consumer gaming virtual console on one of India’s largest e-commerce platforms, marking OnMobile’s expansion beyond telecom operators into the mainstream gaming market.
“As we enter FY27, our focus is on driving scalable and profitable growth backed by a strong sales pipeline,” he added.
Radhika Venugopal, Global CFO of OnMobile, said the company’s improved financial performance reflected the impact of cost optimisation measures and operational discipline.
“EBITDA for the year more than doubled to ₹297 million, with margins expanding to 5.7 percent, underscoring the benefits of operating leverage and a more efficient cost structure,” she said.
She added that the company remains focused on strengthening profitability, improving cash generation and leveraging growth in its gaming business to drive higher operating leverage in the coming years.
