AI-Integrated MBA and MCA Programmes Highlight University’s Focus on Future-Ready Digital Education
JAIN Online, the digital learning platform of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), celebrated its 16th Annual Convocation Ceremony for the Class of 2026, with more than 5,600 graduates and nearly 2,000 attendees participating in the event held across two sessions on May 23.

The convocation, themed “Reimagined, Rewired,” brought together students, parents, faculty members and distinguished dignitaries to mark the achievements of graduates from JAIN Online and the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE).
Of the total graduating learners, nearly 2,600 students completed programmes offered through JAIN Online, reflecting the growing adoption of technology-enabled higher education and online learning platforms in India.
The university said MBA and MCA programmes emerged as the largest courses by enrolment volume, highlighting increasing demand for management and technology-oriented education aligned with evolving industry needs.
Strengthening its focus on future-ready learning, JAIN Online has introduced AI-integrated MBA and MCA programmes designed to equip students with practical artificial intelligence skills, exposure to advanced AI tools and capabilities relevant to rapidly changing workplaces.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dhimant Ganatra, Director of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), said the graduating class represented a generation that has embraced continuous upskilling and digital-first learning to remain competitive in a changing global economy.
“Online education today is no longer limited to accessibility and flexibility. It is becoming a critical pathway for building industry-relevant skills,” he said.
“With AI increasingly transforming business and technology functions, JAIN Online has introduced AI-integrated MBA and MCA programmes designed to equip learners with practical, future-ready capabilities aligned with emerging workplace demands,” Ganatra added.
The convocation was presided over by Chenraj Roychand, Chancellor, and Jitendra Mishra, Vice-Chancellor (in-charge), along with members of the Academic and Executive Councils.
The event also featured addresses by several dignitaries and industry leaders, including Chandradath Singh, High Commissioner of Trinidad and Tobago; Fatema Hunaid, Partner at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP; Dilip Padki, Executive Director at EY; Kanahiya Lal Ganju, Honorary Consul General of the Union of Comoros; and Monica Chipanta Mwansa, Deputy High Commissioner of Zambia.
JAIN University highlighted its broader academic and research achievements, noting that the institution holds NAAC A++ accreditation, NBA accreditation for B.Tech and MBA programmes, and secured a NIRF 2025 ranking of 62.
The university said it has recorded more than 12,140 publications, published over 3,930 patents and received 156 patents to date. It also noted that 16 faculty members were listed among the world’s top two percent scientists in the 2025 Stanford Elsevier rankings.
JAIN Online stated that it has enrolled more than 82,000 learners across 10 admission cycles and continues to expand industry partnerships through collaborations with platforms such as LinkedIn and foundit to improve career readiness and industry exposure.
Established in 2019, the Centre for Distance and Online Education currently offers 22 programmes across more than 30 specialisations supported by video learning modules, live lectures, virtual labs and interactive digital learning tools.
