Mumbai: Workday has been named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) Suites, strengthening its position in the rapidly evolving AI-driven human resources technology market.
The company also said it emerged as the highest-scoring vendor in Gartner’s Critical Capabilities report for the high-volume hiring use case, reflecting growing enterprise demand for AI-powered recruitment automation and workforce management solutions.
Workday’s talent acquisition platform combines Workday Recruiting with AI capabilities from HiredScore AI for Recruiting and Workday Paradox, enabling organisations to automate repetitive hiring processes, improve recruitment efficiency and enhance candidate experience.
According to the company, enterprises using the platform have increased recruiter productivity by up to 54 percent while reducing hiring manager review time by nearly 35 percent.
The AI-driven conversational hiring capabilities integrated through Workday Paradox reportedly helped customers achieve a 95 percent average candidate satisfaction rate in 2025, alongside a 70 percent application completion rate.
The company said its platform is increasingly being used for large-scale frontline and high-volume hiring where speed and automation are critical.
