Vodafone Qatar views Buzzmo as central to its strategy of enabling businesses in the region to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
Doha/Bengaluru, August 23: OnMobile Global, a Bengaluru-headquartered leader in mobile gaming and digital engagement, has teamed up with Vodafone Qatar to roll out Buzzmo, an intelligent communication platform designed to transform enterprise customer engagement.
Developed in India, Buzzmo is built to help Vodafone Qatar’s more than 800 enterprise clients deliver AI-driven, personalized, and multi-channel engagement campaigns. The full-stack platform integrates customer data, intelligence, and orchestration to enable real-time personalization across WhatsApp, RCS, voice, SMS, Telegram, and Line.
Bikram Singh Sherawat, President and COO of OnMobile, said the launch represents a major milestone in the company’s decade-long partnership with Vodafone Qatar. “Buzzmo represents the next step in our long-standing partnership with Vodafone Qatar. The communication platform is a growth enabler, purpose-built for telcos, delivering impactful enterprise experiences that are agile, intelligent, and built for scale,” he noted.
Vodafone Qatar views Buzzmo as central to its strategy of enabling businesses in the region to thrive in an increasingly digital world. Mohamed Alyafei, Enterprise Business Unit Director at Vodafone Qatar, said: “Buzzmo is a strategic step forward in this journey, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner in intelligent communication and customer engagement that’ll help us deliver long-term value to the businesses we serve”.
The plug-and-play design of Buzzmo allows Vodafone Qatar to augment its existing enterprise technology stack, going beyond traditional connectivity to provide intelligent, scalable business engagement solutions.
The move reflects OnMobile’s growing focus on future-ready, telco-centric solutions. By positioning customer engagement as a growth engine, the company aims to set a new benchmark for how telecom operators can drive value in the digital economy.
OnMobile, listed on NSE and BSE, serves 125 customers across 69 countries and reaches more than 70 million monthly users worldwide. Vodafone Qatar, which began operations in 2009, had 2.1 million mobile customers as of March 2025 and continues to expand its 5G and fibre infrastructure across the country.
