Collaboration to offer customised coverage, faster claims and seamless onboarding for Citroën customers nationwide

Mumbai, December 11: IndusInd General Insurance Company Ltd, formerly Reliance General Insurance, announced a strategic partnership with Citroën India to deliver integrated, digital-first motor insurance solutions designed to simplify and enhance the car ownership experience.

The collaboration will provide Citroën customers with a broader range of personalised insurance plans, faster cashless claim settlements and minimal documentation, supported by IndusInd General Insurance’s nationwide service network. The companies said the alliance aims to ensure maximum convenience and peace of mind from the moment customers take delivery of their vehicles.

IndusInd General Insurance said its digital infrastructure enables transparent, hassle-free processes and quicker turnaround times for claims, even in remote regions.
