Hyderabad, August 25: Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has achieved sales of more than ₹1,000 crore at the launch of its latest residential project, Godrej Regal Pavilion, in Hyderabad’s Rajendra Nagar. The Mumbai-based developer said it sold 683 homes spanning about 1.20 million sq. ft. in the project within days of launch.
This marks GPL’s second successful launch in Hyderabad in 2025, with both projects crossing the ₹1,000 crore sales milestone at launch. The company said the strong response highlights Hyderabad’s buoyant housing demand and growing customer trust in branded developers.
A Large-Scale Development
Spread across a developable potential of 4.14 million sq. ft., Godrej Regal Pavilion has an estimated revenue potential of nearly ₹3,600 crore. It is among GPL’s major residential projects in South India, further strengthening its presence in Hyderabad’s fast-growing housing market.
Rajendra Nagar, the project’s location, has emerged as a high-growth corridor thanks to its developing infrastructure, proximity to the airport, and easy access to the Outer Ring Road (ORR), offering smooth connectivity across the city.
