Mumbai: The appliances business of Godrej Enterprises Group has launched a new digital campaign for its air conditioners, spotlighting a five-year comprehensive warranty with no hidden costs.
The campaign film features actor Deven Bhojani and reinforces the brand’s positioning around reliability, transparency and consumer peace of mind. The communication emphasises that the five-year comprehensive warranty covers technician visit charges, gas refill costs and remote replacement costs, with no additional fees, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
Set in a relatable living room scenario during a new AC installation, the film uses humour to contrast unsolicited advice from an overconfident neighbour with the brand’s engineering credibility and warranty assurance. The narrative draws on a familiar Indian household dynamic to underline the message that thoughtfully designed ACs backed by comprehensive warranty coverage eliminate uncertainty and hidden expenses.
The campaign positions the product as delivering powerful and reliable cooling, particularly during peak Indian summers, while offering long-term assurance through structured warranty support.

The film has been released across YouTube and social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn as part of the brand’s summer outreach strategy.
