AAA Technologies expands into AI-led cybersecurity, targets 1000 professionals
The Mumbai company is adding remediation and continuous monitoring to its audit business, introducing four AI-based services following a change in ownership and management in August.
AAA Technologies said it has completed more than 12,700 assignments over more than 25 years, serving regulators, banks, government organisations and public-sector undertakings.

MUMBAI: AAA Technologies has announced a shift towards AI-led cybersecurity services and plans to expand its professional workforce from about 100 to 1,000 as it moves beyond audits into remediation and continuous monitoring.
In a statement issued on October 13, the company said the repositioning follows a change in ownership and management completed in August 2026. It did not specify a timeline for achieving the workforce target.
The expanded offering comprises AI-driven cybersecurity audits; forensic audits, including deepfake analysis; services supporting compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act; and an annual cyber assurance programme combining continuous monitoring with periodic human review.
Whole-time director Santosh Kumar Pandey said the strategy was intended to help clients address vulnerabilities identified during audits and monitor risks on an ongoing basis.
Director and promoter Ashok Kumar Chordia said the company would invest in its team and capabilities to extend its established audit business into AI-led remediation and assurance.
AAA Technologies said it has completed more than 12,700 assignments over more than 25 years, serving regulators, banks, government organisations and public-sector undertakings. It delivers engagements through an in-house team of internationally certified professionals.
The company said it has been empanelled with CERT-In since 2005. It also reported empanelment with NICSI through 2029 and with the State Bank of India as an information system audit organisation through March 2029.
The ownership transition followed the acquisition of a 34.38% stake from founding promoters by Jyotirgamya Advisory Private Limited and Ashok Kumar Chordia, followed by an open offer to public shareholders. The company said the founding promoters have exited.
Details of its order book and business pipeline will be released separately, the company added.
