The event witnessed an enthusiastic response, with over 4,500 candidates registering and more than 2,200 participating in on-the-spot recruitment drives, where they interacted with over 90 leading employers offering opportunities across manufacturing, automotive, logistics, textiles, retail, healthcare, IT-ITeS, telecom, tourism and hospitality, and banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI).

The recruitment drive served as a direct bridge between skill development and employment, enabling employers to conduct interviews, shortlist candidates and issue job offers during the event itself.

Candidates who were not selected on the day will continue to remain under consideration, with participating companies expected to evaluate applications further and contact eligible applicants for subsequent stages of recruitment.

The Mahotsav catered to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds, including school pass-outs, ITI graduates, diploma holders, graduates and skilled professionals, reflecting the increasing demand for trained manpower across industries.

Overseas Career Opportunities

The event also opened international employment avenues through the participation of the Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM), which facilitated more than 200 overseas job opportunities for eligible candidates, expanding global career prospects for Telangana’s skilled workforce.

Leading recruiters included Prompt Personnel, ParadigmIT Technology Services, Sitaram Spinners, Royal Enfield Dealership Network, KAPSTON Services, Cream Stone, Jayabheri Automotives, Blink Commerce, Galactic Solution, SMG Electric Scooters, Varun Motors and Electrolab India.
