New Delhi, August 26: BLS International Services Limited, a global provider of tech-enabled citizen and government services, has been awarded a work order worth ₹2,055.35 crore by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) to establish and operate District-Level Aadhaar Seva Kendras (ASKs) across the country.

The ASKs will serve as dedicated centres for Aadhaar enrolment, demographic and biometric updates, and other citizen-centric Aadhaar services, both through appointments and walk-ins. UIDAI said the move will strengthen its mission of delivering secure, reliable, and accessible identity services to every resident of India.

Project Scope

Under the mandate, BLS International will take on end-to-end responsibility for setting up and managing Aadhaar Seva Kendras at the district level, working under UIDAI’s supervision. The facilities are expected to improve accessibility for citizens, reduce waiting times, and bring Aadhaar services closer to rural and semi-urban populations.
