OnMobile Q1FY26 Revenue Rises on Gaming Growth, Cash Surges
Headquartered in Bengaluru, OnMobile operates in 69 countries and serves over 126 customers worldwide, with a monthly active user base exceeding 69.8 million.
Bengaluru, August 14: OnMobile Global Limited has reported strong first-quarter results for fiscal 2026, driven by growth in its gaming and mobile entertainment segments. The company posted Q1FY26 mobile entertainment revenue of ₹956 million, up 13% quarter-on-quarter, while its gaming subscriber base reached 12.04 million, a 13% sequential increase and 58% jump year-on-year.
Total revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, stood at ₹1,276 million, up 1.2% from the year-ago period, with gaming revenue providing the primary boost. Gaming subscription revenue rose 25.2% year-on-year to ₹317 million. EBITDA came in at ₹65 million, marking a sevenfold increase over Q1FY25.
OnMobile also reported a sharp rise in cash reserves, with closing gross cash at ₹1,086 million — up ₹684 million from the previous quarter — aided by operational cash generation and statutory refunds.
Bikram Singh Sherawat, President & COO, credited the performance to targeted product enhancements and market-specific strategies. “Gaming subscription revenue grew 25.2% YoY, reflecting our ability to translate scale into monetization,” he said, adding that richer content and improved user journeys helped drive subscriber growth.
Global CFO Radhika Venugopal highlighted the improved operating efficiency and prudent cost management that contributed to the cash surge. “We remain confident in sustaining this momentum through the rest of FY26 while strengthening our financial position to support long-term growth,” she said.
The company noted that it has deferred revenue recognition from its DeOSphere contract as it works with the partner to resolve software restriction concerns affecting SLA commitments.
