Bontrue Furniture wins customer trust and care award at Times Business Awards Hyderabad 2026
Hyderabad-based Bontrue Furniture has won a customer trust and care award, backed by more than 18,000 homes furnished, a 4.9 Google rating and a reported repeat-customer rate of about 24%.
Former Indian women’s cricket captain Mithali Raj presented the award to Bontrue Furniture Director Rakesh Patel at a ceremony held at Novotel HICC in Hyderabad on September 26.
HYDERABAD: Bontrue Furniture has received the “Excellence in Customer Trust & Care – Furniture Retail” award at the 12th edition of the Times Business Awards – Hyderabad 2026.
Former Indian women’s cricket captain Mithali Raj presented the award to Bontrue Furniture Director Rakesh Patel at a ceremony held at Novotel HICC in Hyderabad on September 26. BRS Working President and Sircilla MLA KT Rama Rao and Telugu film actor Naga Chaitanya were among the chief guests at the event.
According to the company, award recipients were selected through independent research conducted by Avance Insights Pvt Ltd, based on factors including customer feedback, value proposition and consistency of performance.
Bontrue said it has furnished more than 18,000 homes in Hyderabad and other parts of India. The company reported an average Google rating of 4.9 across its stores, based on more than 6,500 reviews, which it said it has maintained for seven consecutive years.
It also said about 24% of its customers return for subsequent purchases, representing nearly one in four buyers.
The furniture retailer attributes its customer retention to transparent pricing, post-purchase support and its Boncare service, which provides complimentary maintenance covering upholstery care, repairs and servicing. Customers are also provided scheduled delivery, in-home installation and a dedicated customer relationship associate.
“This award belongs to our customers. More than 18,000 families have trusted us with their homes, and over 6,500 of them took the time to tell others about it,” Patel said.
He said customer trust was built not only at the point of purchase but through the service provided in the months and years following delivery.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Hyderabad, Bontrue operates six stores across Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam. The company focuses on premium furniture and provides complimentary post-purchase maintenance through its Boncare service.
