Pensioner Facilitation Camps Scheduled Across Delhi in January

New Delhi: The Principal Controller of Communication Accounts (PCCA), Department of Telecommunications, has released the schedule for pensioner facilitation camps to be held across Delhi during January 2026. The camps are being organised to assist telecom pensioners with life certificate verification and related services, according to a press release issued by the ministry of communications.

The Telecom Pensioners Jeevan Praman Camps will be organised at the office of the Principal CCA, Delhi, Delhi Sanchar Lekha Bhawan, Prasad Nagar, as well as at the extension counter at eastern court, Janpath, and at MTNL/BSNL premises at various locations across Delhi and the national capital region. Pensioners have been requested to attend the camps as per their convenience and carry relevant documents for on-the-spot verification of life certificates.

As per the schedule, facilitation camps will be held at the MTNL exchange building, C-10 Yamuna Vihar on January 16; MTNL exchange building, Laxmi Nagar on January 19; MTNL exchange building, Narela on January 20; MTNL exchange building, Dwarka sector-6 on January 22; and MTNL exchange building, Nehru Place on January 27. All camps will function between 11 am and 4 pm.

Facilities available at the camps include training for submission of digital life certificates through the Jeevan Praman portal, training on the use of the Jeevan Praman face authentication application, submission of know-your-pensioner forms, and grievance and query redressal. Pensioners attending the camps have been advised to bring one photograph and a copy of their Aadhaar card for KYP submission.

The department clarified that pensioners who have already submitted their life certificates need not attend the camps for the same purpose.
