New Delhi: NIIT University has announced that the early admission window for its undergraduate programmes for the 2026 academic year will close on March 28.

Direct Entry for JEE Candidates
Applicants with valid JEE Main 2026 scores can apply directly. They will be exempt from the university’s aptitude test.
Such candidates will go through a faculty interaction before final selection. Eligible students may also receive merit-based scholarships of up to 100%.
Focus on Future-Ready Courses
The university offers programmes in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence, data science, cyber security, robotics, and biotechnology.
Other options include computer science, electronics and communication, BBA, BBA in AI and business analytics, and integrated MBA programmes.
Strong Placement Record
The latest graduating batch recorded 100% placements.
The university reported 94% role fitment for BTech students and 89% for management programmes. Students were placed in companies such as GoDaddy, Thomson Reuters, S&P Global and BigBasket.
Industry-Linked Learning Model
Prof. Prakash Gopalan, President, NIIT University, said the admissions process focuses on overall student potential, not just exam scores.
He added that faculty interactions help students choose the right academic path.
The university integrates industry exposure into its courses through internships, projects and a six-month industry practice programme. Practical learning accounts for about 35% of BTech coursework.
