Udaipur: Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited, a sustainability-focused hospitality company, has announced the signing of its first boutique property in Udaipur, marking a key milestone in its brand expansion strategy and entry into premium leisure destinations.
The upcoming property, to be launched under the company’s new boutique brand The Eco Boutique, will feature 20 well-appointed rooms designed with artistic detailing and an emphasis on comfort and elegance. Located amid the Aravali mountain range, the hotel is expected to offer guests a tranquil setting with scenic views, positioning it as an experience-led stay in one of India’s most culturally rich cities.
A major attraction of the property will be GG’s, a pure vegetarian, double-decker rooftop restaurant with both open-to-sky and covered dining areas. The restaurant will offer panoramic views of the surrounding hills, combining a distinctive culinary experience with the natural landscape.
