The new dumbbells consolidate 12 different weight sets ranging from 2 to 24 kg into a single device, adjustable in 2 kg increments. With a simple twist of the handle, users can switch weights, eliminating the clutter of multiple dumbbells at home.
Beyond their compact form, the Connected Dumbbells feature a built-in sensor that analyses movements and tracks performance. Data collected is synced with the Technogym App, where the AI Coach suggests tailored workouts, weight adjustments, and access to a comprehensive on-demand training library.
