NEW DELHI: Harkara Venugopal Rao, Advisor to the Government of Telangana on Protocol and Public Relations, called on All India Congress Committee (AICC) President Mallikarjuna Kharge in New Delhi on Tuesday to extend his birthday greetings.
During the meeting, Venugopal Rao wished Kharge good health, happiness and a long life dedicated to public service. He also commended the veteran leader for his contributions to Indian politics and his leadership of the Indian National Congress.
