HYDERABAD: A public notice has been issued announcing the proposed purchase of a commercial property at Gowlidoddi in Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, and inviting objections or claims from any individual or entity having a legal interest in the property.
According to the notice, Dr. Supriya Goudiperu intends to purchase the property from the existing owners through their registered development agreement-cum-general power of attorney holder, Trendset Builders Pvt. Ltd.
The property comprises plots bearing Nos. 8 to 14 in Survey Nos. 50, 51 and 56 at Gowlidoddi, with an approved high-rise development consisting of three cellar levels, a ground floor and eleven upper floors. The sanctioned project includes commercial space and multi-level parking facilities.
The notice states that any person, firm, company or trust having objections, claims, liens or encumbrances concerning the title or possession of the property should submit a written representation, supported by documentary evidence, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
It further clarifies that claims received after the stipulated period may not be considered.
The public notice has been issued through R.R. Kuthuru Law Services, represented by advocate Kuthuru Ravinder Reddy, whose office at Gachibowli has been designated to receive any objections or supporting documents from interested parties.
