Mumbai: Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited has retained its position as India’s top electric commercial vehicle manufacturer for the fourth consecutive year, driven by strong sales growth and continued expansion in the last-mile mobility segment.
The company crossed a major milestone of over 1 lakh electric vehicle (EV) sales in FY26, becoming the first commercial vehicle manufacturer in the country to achieve this mark in a single financial year. Cumulatively, it has sold more than 3.4 lakh EVs so far.
Mahindra Last Mile Mobility holds a dominant 39.7% market share in the L5 category, reinforcing its leadership in electric three-wheeler and small commercial vehicle segments.
The company also reported that its EV fleet has cumulatively clocked over 6 billion e-kilometres, contributing to a reduction of around 240 kilo metric tonnes of carbon emissions, aligning with India’s broader sustainability goals.
During the year, the company expanded its portfolio with the launch of the Mahindra UDO, featuring segment-first capabilities such as reverse throttle, aerodynamic design, and a real-world driving range of 200 kilometres, aimed at improving efficiency for commercial operators.
