Mumbai: Jerai Fitness has entered into a long-term partnership with Reebok to manufacture and distribute Reebok-branded gym equipment in India and neighbouring markets, marking a significant expansion in the country’s fitness manufacturing ecosystem.

Under the agreement, Jerai Fitness will roll out Reebok-branded equipment from April 1, 2026, targeting not just India but also Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal, leveraging its automated manufacturing capabilities and Reebok’s global brand strength.

The collaboration introduces a comprehensive range of products across cardio equipment, free weights, and premium home fitness segments, aimed at both commercial gyms and individual consumers.

Rajesh Rai, Chairman and Managing Director of Jerai Fitness, said the partnership reflects the company’s strategy to collaborate with global brands while delivering high-quality, locally manufactured products.

Steve Robaire, EVP at Reebok’s parent entity Authentic, highlighted India as a fast-growing fitness market, noting that the partnership combines global brand equity with local manufacturing expertise to scale operations and meet rising demand.

Jerai Fitness’ fully automated facility, with an annual capacity of 21,000 units, will drive production, ensuring adherence to international standards, including ISO and ASTM certifications. The company said its infrastructure enables precision manufacturing, efficient inventory management, and competitive pricing.

The products will be available pan-India through Jerai Fitness showrooms and online platforms, expanding access to branded fitness equipment across both urban and emerging markets.

With demand for fitness infrastructure rising across commercial gyms, residential spaces, and institutional segments, the partnership is expected to strengthen India’s position as a manufacturing hub for high-quality fitness equipment while deepening Reebok’s footprint in the region.
