Axis Bank’s ‘Moves 2025’ Engages 21000 Students to Shape the Future of Banking
The multi-stage contest featured assessments, campus-level rounds, semi-finals, mentorship sessions, and a grand finale judged by senior leaders of Axis Bank.
Mumbai, September 12: Axis Bank has announced the winners of the first edition of its flagship campus engagement program, Moves 2025, which drew participation from more than 21,000 students across 50 premier institutes, including IIMs, IITs, ISB, XLRI, and FMS Delhi.
Designed to identify and nurture India’s brightest young talent, the competition challenged students to present bold, future-ready ideas around themes such as technology, artificial intelligence, sustainability, rural banking, and marketing. The multi-stage contest featured assessments, campus-level rounds, semi-finals, mentorship sessions, and a grand finale judged by senior leaders of Axis Bank.
Winners of Moves 2025
- Winner: Shreyansh Kalhansh & Divyani – Indian School of Business, Hyderabad
- First Runners-Up: Amarpreet Singh & Ishita Mutneja – IIT Kharagpur
- Second Runners-Up: Aarushi Singal & Swasti Verma – Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi
Winners received cash prizes along with placement opportunities at Axis Bank.

The bank said it plans to scale Moves in the coming years, opening the platform to more campuses across India, and positioning it as a flagship program for emerging talent to engage with the future of banking.
