The new Technogym Bench now features an integrated top that is softer and more resilient, allowing users to sit, step, or lie down comfortably without the need for an additional mat. The elastic bands have also been upgraded to provide greater resistance and smoother performance during training sessions.

The bench maintains its sleek, space-efficient footprint and continues to support more than 200 exercises from a single unit. Users also have access to hundreds of guided workouts through the Technogym App, enabling structured and personalised training routines at home or on the move.
