New centre to help enterprises co-create, prototype and scale AI-driven solutions across industries

Singapore/Mumbai, December 12: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched a Google Cloud Gemini Experience Centre (GEC) in Singapore to help enterprises explore and build agentic AI solutions through rapid prototyping and scalable deployments. The center, housed within TCS’ Singapore Global Innovation Labs, is designed as a dedicated environment where organisations can co-create, test and operationalise next-generation AI applications.

TCS said the GEC integrates its engineering expertise with Google Cloud’s AI and cloud capabilities, enabling businesses to harness Gemini models to strengthen agility, meet regulatory requirements and deliver hyper-personalised customer experiences. Enterprises across BFSI, retail, manufacturing, transport and healthcare can work directly with TCS and Google Cloud teams to embed agentic AI across value chains and transform operations, security and service delivery.

Serene Sia, country director for Singapore and Malaysia at Google Cloud, said the collaboration creates a unique space for enterprises to experiment and scale with advanced AI technologies. She said the combined expertise will help businesses accelerate digital transformation, enhance resilience and improve customer engagement.

Through the GEC, enterprises can prototype solutions in dedicated sandbox environments with access to Google’s Gemini models, Vertex AI, BigQuery autonomous data and AI platform, and AI-optimised infrastructure including GPUs and TPUs. TCS’ Google Cloud-certified experts will support secure and responsible deployment of scalable AI applications.

Punit Agarwal, country head–Singapore at TCS, said the centre positions organisations to lead with confidence in an AI-driven future. “Singapore is a hub of innovation, and the new centre enables clients to combine human expertise with agentic AI to reimagine customer engagement, decision-making workflows and operational efficiency,” he said.

The Gemini Experience Centre builds on TCS’ expanding innovation footprint in Singapore. The company recently launched an AI-powered Research and Innovation Centre to advance digital transformation globally. TCS is also deepening its collaboration with Singapore universities, including Nanyang Technological University, and operates the TCS GoZero Hub as an ASEAN Centre of Excellence for research and innovation in sustainable technologies.

TCS has a longstanding partnership with Google Cloud and received several Google Cloud Partner of the Year awards at Google Cloud Next 2025 across AI, data, analytics and talent development.
