Ramky Infrastructure’s board has appointed Sunil S. Nair as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chartered Accountant Sravanth Rayapudi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1, 2025.
Hyderabad, September 30: Ramky Infrastructure Limited, a leading sustainable infrastructure developer, on Tuesday announced key leadership changes aimed at driving its next phase of growth and strengthening governance. The company’s board has appointed Sunil S. Nair as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chartered Accountant Sravanth Rayapudi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1, 2025.
The appointments mark a planned transition and are part of the company’s strategy to reinforce its management team with seasoned professionals who bring both global and domestic expertise. The company said the changes align with its focus on operational excellence, prudent financial management, and enhanced compliance to deliver sustainable value for stakeholders.
Nair, a chemical engineering graduate from Calicut University and an INSEAD-trained executive, has held senior leadership roles across the infrastructure, water, and energy sectors. His career includes stints as CEO and Managing Director at firms such as Utico FZC, Litwin PEL, CAE, and Galfar Engineering. He is credited with turning around a company from near bankruptcy, scaling revenues from $10 million to $250 million across markets in the UAE, Oman, and Africa.
Rayapudi, a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience, has led complex debt transactions exceeding ₹10,000 crore and managed financial operations across a portfolio of more than 50 companies. Recognised for his expertise in corporate finance, governance, M&A, and digital transformation, he has introduced automation in financial systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. He also holds an ISB certification in Leadership in Finance.
