Hyderabad, December 24: CDK Global has strengthened its community engagement efforts by supporting students of Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS) in Kompally, Hyderabad, through the distribution of essential learning and hygiene resources and direct employee-led engagement.

During the outreach initiative, CDK employees interacted with underserved students, distributed more than 500 hygiene kits for girls and 325 school kits covering all students, and spent time mentoring and motivating young learners. The interaction-focused programme aimed to inspire students to set goals and build confidence by sharing personal experiences and real-life learnings.

As part of its broader commitment, CDK has pledged to distribute 1,000 hygiene kits and 1,000 school kits across Pune and Hyderabad in partnership with Seva Sahayog, an organisation that connects corporates with underserved communities to drive social transformation.

The school kits include essential materials such as school bags, notebooks and stationery to support students throughout the academic year. At the Kompally event, 12 CDK volunteers personally handed out the kits, engaged with students, and encouraged them to think ambitiously about their futures. A dedicated awareness session on menstrual health and hygiene was also conducted for female students, focusing on healthy practices and well-being.

“Access to health and education remains one of the most powerful drivers of social progress and a cornerstone for sustainable development,” said Sandeep Jain, managing director, CDK. “True contribution goes beyond resources—it is about sharing experiences, building confidence, and inspiring young minds to dream big. That is why our employees have stepped forward to engage at the grassroots level and create meaningful impact.”

Zilla Parishad High School in Kompally caters to children from surrounding communities, many of whom face economic challenges and limited access to quality educational resources. CDK said its initiative is aimed at bridging this gap and empowering students with the tools and encouragement needed to pursue their aspirations.

CDK’s community initiatives in India span education, healthcare, environmental awareness and local development. Through sustained, on-the-ground engagement and partnerships with local organisations, the company said it continues to work towards inclusive growth and equitable learning opportunities for underserved communities.
