Hosachiguru and BMW Kun Exclusive Launch First-Ever CXO Convoy, Blending Leadership, Mobility and Nature
Participants drove out of the city toward Hosachiguru’s Maamara farmland, a tranquil agroforestry landscape designed to encourage deeper engagement with nature.
Bengaluru, December 5: In a unique collaboration that brought senior business leaders out of boardrooms and into nature, Hosachiguru and BMW Kun Exclusive hosted the inaugural CXO Convoy—an immersive drive-and-dialogue experience designed to inspire reflection, connection and purposeful leadership.
The event began at the BMW Kun Exclusive showroom on Lavelle Road, where 20 CXOs representing sectors such as technology, finance, real estate and consumer businesses assembled before embarking on a curated convoy in a fleet of BMW vehicles. Leaders from organisations including BEL, Venture Catalysts, Xteriohub and Thought Frameworks were part of the cohort.
Participants drove out of the city toward Hosachiguru’s Maamara farmland, a tranquil agroforestry landscape designed to encourage deeper engagement with nature. The experience included a guided farm walk and a hill trek, offering space for unhurried conversations and introspection—an intentional departure from conventional corporate interactions.
“The CXO Convoy was a purposeful leadership retreat,” said Srinath Setty, CEO & Co-founder, Hosachiguru. “It was inspiring to see leaders step away from the city’s pace, reconnect with nature, and engage in conversations that were honest, grounding and energizing. The experience reaffirmed the role of well-managed ecological landscapes in restoring balance and strengthening leadership perspectives.”
The initiative underscored the emerging trend of leadership experiences that blend lifestyle, sustainability and well-being. For BMW Kun India, the partnership highlighted how mobility and thoughtful design can complement curated leadership journeys. For Hosachiguru, it reinforced the company’s philosophy of connecting individuals with ecological landscapes that promote reflection and renewal.
The success of the maiden edition sets the foundation for a series of similar leader-led experiences aimed at fostering purposeful thinking and deeper professional relationships. Hosachiguru, known for its professionally developed and managed farmlands near Bengaluru, continues to promote sustainable land stewardship and a nature-connected lifestyle among urban professionals.
