Hyderabad, September 16: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL), a fast-growing Indian company specializing in AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise digital transformation, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire 3P Vision, a defense technology firm known for its expertise in drones, AI, and integrated surveillance systems.
The acquisition aims to bolster India’s defense and national security technology landscape by integrating 3P Vision’s advanced solutions — including AI-enabled surveillance cameras, autonomous drones with live threat neutralization, multi-sensor fusion systems, and tethered drone technology designed to counter GPS denial and jamming — into BCSSL’s portfolio.
