Aimtron Electronics Raises ₹100 Crore via Warrants to Set Up Advanced Greenfield ESDM Facility
Vadodara, July 16: In a strategic move to bolster India’s electronics manufacturing capabilities, Aimtron Electronics Limited, a rapidly growing Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) company, has announced a fundraise of approximately ₹100 crore through the issuance of convertible warrants on a preferential basis.
The fundraising round saw participation from marquee investors as well as promoter group members Mukesh Vasani and Nirmal Vasani. The company’s Board has approved the issuance of up to 14,79,000 warrants at ₹666 per warrant, each convertible into one fully paid-up equity share. The total infusion stands at ₹98.5 crore.
The funds will be deployed to establish a new greenfield manufacturing facility, aimed at consolidating Aimtron’s box-build and system-level integration services under one roof. The company has set an ambitious revenue target of ₹1000 crore driven by this new expansion.
Located across 3 acres, the upcoming facility will house up to five advanced SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines along with complete assembly units, significantly boosting Aimtron’s production capacity and high-complexity manufacturing capabilities.
